Wicklow Sailing Club has the honour of hosting this years 13th South East Regatta for cruisers, on the August Bank Holiday weekend. The event (shared bi-annually with Arklow) caters for interclub racing between the South East Clubs, stretching from Bray to Wexford as well as Open competitors from mainly the Dublin clubs and further afield.

There will be racing on 2 days, Sat 4th pm and Sun 5th all day in 3 classes, catering for the competitive types in Classes 1 & 2 under ECHO and/or IRC and a new Class 3 this year aimed at slower bilge keelers, low handicappers and white sail fleets in ECHO only. We also hope to have fleet classes for Ruffian 23’s and Fomula 1’s and others if interested (Beneteau 31.7’s, Squibs etc – min. 6 boats required).

There will music and craic galore, a great place to get away to and have fun while meeting loads of likeminded sailors in the home of Irelands premier offshore race, the Round Ireland. Non racing visitors are always welcome but space will be prioritised for competitor boats.
